To join activities at Richmond Gymnastics, please complete the registration form in full so that you can:

• Register your interest in our termly programme
• Book a preschool Stay & Play session*
• Book a Holiday Camp*
• Request a party booking*

* These activities are open to both members and non-members.

Termly class enrolment

We offer termly classes for children of all ages arranged by age group in our preschool programme or by academic year in our recreational programme. Class spaces are offered termly during our enrolment period, strictly in order of the date of joining.

• Complete the online registration form in full.
• Update your child’s class preference options (based on school year / age group).

We recommend using all three options to improve your chances of being offered a space in one of your preferred classes.

• You can add additional children to your account by selecting ‘Add Child’
• If you child has special needs and/or a medical condition, please provide this information where needed.

RGA enrols termly and will contact you when a space becomes available in one of your preferred class options.  Once you receive your offer, please:

1.  Read the class offer email, which contains information about our fees, kit and term dates.
2. Find confirmation of the class day/time on your online account with us.
3. Pay the invoice on your account before the payment deadline, to accept the offered space. The invoice includes the termly class fee and annual membership fees.
4. Secure your child’s British Gymnastics Insurance, which is compulsory for all gymnasts over one year, and must be in place so that they can attend classes at RGA.
