About Invitational classes
Our Invitational groups train between 1.5 – 4 hours per week at our RGA Centre. Opportunities exist to enter into external competitions and events, as well as take part in our annual club competitions and displays. Entry into our squads and invitational groups is strictly by invitation only.
Please use this form to register your interest in RGA’s competitive squads and invitation-only groups. We will be in touch when our next Squad Trial is running. These are based on need and capacity and we do not set dates in advance. Please note a small fee will be charged to attend a Squad Trial. Thank you for your interest and patience!
All our Lead Coaches are trained to work with and develop both beginners and those with more advanced skills in their classes. Lead Coaches are also trained to identify gymnasts with exceptional ability and may hold informal discussions with the Squad Coaches and Parents, if appropriate. This is at the discretion of the Lead Coach.

2024-25
Fees per term from: £250 – £319
Membership* fees for all Classes
RGA membership: £35 per year
London Gymnastics membership: £3.50 per year
*Membership is compulsory and payable upon joining and then every September thereafter.
Gymnastics kit

In the interests of fairness and safety, our gymnastics kit is compulsory for all members.
BG insurance (required for classes)
British Gymnastics Insurance
We are registered with British Gymnastics (BG), the national governing body for gymnastics. It is compulsory for all our members to have BG Insurance for protection whilst taking part in the sport at a registered club.
This is a compulsory annual fee that you pay directly to British Gymnastics (BG) when you join the club and renews annually.

Any uninsured member attending a class at RGA will be asked to sit out of the class until their insurance has been arranged. Thank you for your understanding.
