Independent pre-school gymnastics

About

A great foundation for all sports, try our Independent gymnastics classes to support your child’s physical and social development.

With a focus on fun, movement and coordination, our friendly pre-school coaching team lead small groups of children through various equipment stations that focus on different core movement areas.

Enjoy watching a session towards the end of each term and watch both their skills and confidence progress!

3 – 4 year olds (not for those already in Reception at school)

1. To sign up for a class

Please register for an account with us and complete the online forms in full, including contact and medical details where needed.

Please select three class preferences based on day, time and location (the options available to you are based on age).

Without your class preferences, we are not able to offer you a space, so please make sure this part is completed!

Once you have chosen your class preference, the office will then be notified and email you to confirm there is space in your preferred class, or discuss other options available with you.

2. Securing your class space and payment

Once you are happy with your agreed class, the office team will load the invoice onto your RGA account where you can make a secure payment.

Please note payment is required immediately, or by the deadline stated, to secure your class space.

2024-25

Fees per term: £171

Membership* fees for all Classes

RGA membership: £35 per year

*Membership is compulsory and payable upon joining and then every September thereafter.

Gymnastics kit

Head over to our Shop for links to buy our gymnastics kit.

In the interests of fairness and safety, our gymnastics kit is compulsory for all members aged 4 and above.

BG insurance (required for classes)

British Gymnastics Community Insurance

We are registered with British Gymnastics (BG), the national governing body for gymnastics. It is compulsory for all our members to have BG Insurance for protection whilst taking part in the sport at a registered club.

This is a compulsory annual fee that you pay directly to British Gymnastics (BG) when you join the club and renews annually.

Any uninsured member attending a class at RGA will be asked to sit out of the class until their insurance has been arranged. Thank you for your understanding.

London Gymnastics affiliate membership (compulsory every year): £3.50 (paid via RGA)

Rompers Award Scheme

Our Rompers Awards foster a sense of achievement in our Independent classes.

Designed specifically to support the physical development of 3 -4 year olds and exclusive to RGA, these awards develop basic movement patterns including rolling, turning, jumping, swinging, climbing and more!
