More than just flips and tricks, gymnastics builds discipline, agility and body awareness that carries over into every sport from football to martial arts, as well as life beyond the gym.
With a focus on strength-based skills, dynamic movement and plenty of opportunities to push their limits safely, our boys gymnastics class is an ideal way to channel that unstoppable energy. Your child will make friends, learn teamwork and push each other to new heights, literally!

Day: Thursdays (classes start 11th September 2025)
Time: 4 – 5pm
Place: RGA Centre, Townmead Road, TW9 4EL
Details: Term time only. Membership and advanced booking required.
