Acro Explainer:

Each partnership will compete two routines:

Balance- static moves that must be held with smooth transitions;

Dynamic- dynamic moves usually involving flight.

Routines must also include various individual elements (such as aerial cartwheels, box splits and more).

The total score of both routines will then dictate whether they move through to the Finals and compete their Combined routine (as the name suggests, this combines both Balance and Dynamic moves).

Each routine is are scored on Difficulty, Execution (how well the moves were performed) and Artistry.
